84, of Coats Manor, passed August 2nd 2010. He was the husband of Delia (Rivet) Soucy. They have been married for 54 years.
He was the son of Laurent and Marie (Mathieu) Soucy.
Gerard had been employed as an auto mechanic for almost 70 years and was an avid NASCAR fan.
Besides his wife, he is survived by 2 daughters, Alma Grybowski of Pawtucket and Monique Moran of Greenville, a son, Henry Soucy of Argyle, NY, 4 sisters, Theresa Daigle of NY, Irene Soucy of Lincoln, Rita Dube of North Providence and Doris Pullano of Cumberland, a brother, Lawrence Soucy of Pawtucket, 3 grandchildren and a great grandchild. He was the brother of the late Leo, Alcide and Robert Soucy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 9:30am from Holy Spirit Parish, Dexter St, Central Falls. Burial will be private
Calling hours will be held Friday from 5-8pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Sr. Bea's Ministry, 1030 Dexter St, Central Falls, RI 02863
